Взаємозумовленість повернення та психосоціального благополуччя вимушених міґрантів: зарубіжні підходи та український вимір

У статті досліджено складну та неоднозначну динаміку взаємозв’язку між поверненням та психосоціальним благополуччям вимушених міґрантів, зокрема українців у контексті подій повномасштабної російсько-української війни. Наголошено, що традиційні макроекономічні та державоцентричні підходи, які розглядають зворотну міґрацію як природне завершення міґраційного етапу та безумовне благо, є концептуально недостатніми та потребують альтернативного доповнення. Здійснено огляд джерел українських дослідників й виявлено, що вивчення психосоціального аспекту повернення перебуває на етапі становлення, а наявні розвідки здебільшого фокусуються на намірах міґрантів і загальних безпекових чинниках. На основі узагальнення сучасних підходів зарубіжних вчених розроблено аналітичну схему, що пропонує варіант моделі концептуалізації повернення як турбулентного, багатовимірного та нелінійного процесу. Виявлено, що успішність повернення визначається не фактом фізичного перетину кордону, а здатністю особи подолати «зворотний культурний шок», реалізувати транснаціональний досвід та відновити певний (більш як задовільний) рівень психосоціального благополуччя та суб’єктності. Розглянуто вплив інтерсекційних «фільтрів» — просторової мобільності, ґендеру та віку — на прийняття остаточного рішення про повернення. Також акцентовано, що для українців зворотна міґрація часто відбувається за умов обмеженої волюнтативності, тобто «ілюзії вибору». Обґрунтовано думку, що іґнорування державою психосоціального благополуччя міґрантів та відсутність спеціалізованих нематеріальних інструментів їх підтримки (у контексті суспільства-реципієнта) здатні перетворити повернення на каталізатор системної соціальної напруги та марґіналізації міґрантів, що повертаються. Арґументовано, що реалізація аналітичної схеми відкриває нові перспективи для української науки та формування ефективної політики повоєнного відновлення.
